Seed Round Details

The round is structured as a Regulation CF offering, open to all investors. QRY tokens are priced at $0.25 — a 50% discount to the planned public ICO price. The raise targets up to $5M, with a 4-year vesting schedule for seed participants.

Token Supply

QuarryChain has a fixed total supply of 200 million QRY tokens. The seed round allocation comes from the Private & Angel Rounds pool, which represents 15% of total supply.

Use of Funds

Proceeds will fund core network development (DPoS consensus, QVM, QRC-20 standard), ecosystem product launches (QuarrySwap, QuarryWallet, QuarryScan), security audits, team expansion, and go-to-market operations.
